RES/TITLE (Residential Title & Escrow Services, P.C.) began serving the New England real estate community in 1994. With offices in Mansfield, Massachusetts and Warwick, Rhode Island, we were able to service closing and title needs throughout Southern New England.

As the firm refined the closing process, lenders and mortgage originators began to see the quality service and tremendous value that Residential Title provided. Soon, there was a demand and a need for more office locations.

Continuing the concept of locating near major highways, the firm soon expanded into Western Massachusetts and Connecticut. Now able to service major areas such as Worcester, Springfield, Hartford and the western suburbs of Massachusetts, the firm’s expansion was just beginning.

With an office opening in Braintree, Residential Title and Escrow Services was better able to serve the North Shore and South Shore of Boston. Continually expanding along the East Coast with locations serving Maine to Florida RES/TITLE is now here for you nationwide! We are a full service real estate company, serving all of your closing, escrow and title needs in all 50 states.
