Res/Title announces Jim Paolino’s new position as Chief Sales Officer.

Warwick, RI – Res/Title, one of the largest independent title and closing company in the nation, would like to announce Jim Paolino’s new position as Chief Sales Officer. Jim’s new role will consist of managing national sales and new business development, as well as developing the strategic marketing direction of Res/Title. Jim will continue his role as the Founder and CEO of Res/Title’s sister company, LodeStar Software Solutions, using LodeStar’s innovative technology to generate new business for Res/Title.

Jim has close to a decade of experience developing software solutions specifically for the Title Insurance and Mortgage industries and is considered a Subject Matter Expert on the use of technology in Mortgage operations. He speaks often about leveraging technology to help businesses comply with the changing regulatory landscape, improve operational efficiency and increase sales revenue.


As Founder and CEO of LodeStar, Jim is responsible for managing day to day operations of the company, overseeing business development, and long-term strategic direction.


Prior to founding LodeStar, Jim held the position of Software Developer for Res/Title, developing web and mobile applications used by major banks and mortgage companies. He has been committed to developing and improving the title company’s top-notch technology with since 2009.
