Closings for a Cause

Through our Closings for a Cause program, we turn every closing into an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
Each month, our team nominates and selects charitable organizations that are personally meaningful to them. This employee-driven approach ensures that our philanthropy reflects the passions and causes closest to our people—creating a deeper connection between our work and our purpose. Once selected, we support these organizations through a combination of direct donations and hands-on involvement.

Women in Title

A Community for Growth Leadership and Support

Our commitment to our industry community is exemplified through our involvement with Women in Title, a national organization dedicated to empowering and advancing women in the title and real estate industries.

We are especially honored to have Regina Braga, President of Res/Title, serve as the Chapter Chair of the Southern New England Chapter. Through her role, Regina helps foster meaningful industry connections, growth opportunities, and professional development initiatives that support women at all stages of their careers.

At the chapter level, our efforts are deeply connected to giving back. A central focus of our involvement is supporting our flagship charitable partner, the MAE Organization. Through donation drives, community engagement, and awareness initiatives, we work on behalf of Women in Title to support those in need in our area.
